We're looking for a
Business Development Manager
to lead our small team of 3. This is an in-office role (in Valencia Town, Lahore), starting immediately.

You'll manage our bidders, oversee proposals, and drive new client opportunities across Upwork, LinkedIn, and outbound channels. The goal is to hit growth targets and make sure our pipeline stays strong.

What you'll do

  • Lead and manage a team of Upwork bidders.
  • Review proposals, follow up with leads, and join client calls.
  • Drive new business through Upwork, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach.
  • Track performance and report weekly results.
  • Work with the delivery team to keep clients happy.

What we're looking for

  • 2–4 years in business development or sales (design/creative/IT services preferred).
  • Experience managing a small team.
  • Strong knowledge of Upwork and freelance platforms.
  • Clear communicator who's confident with clients.
  • Organized, proactive, and target-driven.
