Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced
ERP Implementation & Consultant
to oversee the optimization, customization, and ongoing consultation of our implemented ERP system. The role will serve as a bridge between internal departments and the software development team, ensuring business requirements are properly gathered, analyzed, and implemented. The consultant will also coordinate training sessions and guide staff to ensure smooth adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between departments and the ERP software team.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from all departments for accurate ERP enhancements.
  • Document requirements and communicate them effectively to the development team.
  • Collaborate with the software team to design, customize, and implement ERP solutions aligned with organizational needs.
  • Coordinate and participate in testing and validation of new modules, features, and system changes.
  • Translate technical training into department-level guidance for end-users.
  • Provide ongoing support, consultation, and troubleshooting to departments.
  • Monitor ERP performance, identify gaps, and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Ensure ERP usage aligns with company processes, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare reports, workflows, and user documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in ERP implementation, support, or consultation.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, HR, Operations, Sales, and Inventory.
  • Excellent communication and requirement-gathering skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Prior experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or custom-built ERP is an advantage.
