About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Head of ERP
to lead the strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise resource planning systems across our organization. With a strong focus on
Zoho ERP
, this role will drive digital transformation initiatives to optimize business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure scalable, sustainable ERP solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and lead the enterprise ERP vision and roadmap in alignment with business strategy.
  • Advise executive leadership on ERP strategy, architecture, and performance.
  • Promote adoption of digital tools and process automation, leveraging Zoho ERP.
  • Lead cross-functional ERP governance, ensuring clear prioritization and decision-making.

ERP Management & Execution

  • Oversee ERP implementation, integration, upgrades, and ongoing support.
  • Ensure ERP architecture, data models, and workflows meet business needs.
  • Manage vendor relationships, particularly Zoho and implementation partners.
  • Establish KPIs to measure ERP effectiveness and value delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with leaders in Finance, HR, Operations, Supply Chain, and other functions to define and deliver ERP solutions.
  • Drive change management and user adoption through training and communication.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and business teams to ensure alignment.

Team Development & Governance

  • Build and lead a high-performing ERP team (internal and vendor-based).
  • Enforce compliance, controls, and data governance within ERP systems.
  • Maintain risk management, audit readiness, and system documentation.

Ideal Experience

  • 15+ years of IT/ERP leadership, with at least 3 years in
    Zoho ERP
    or comparable cloud ERP.
  • Proven track record of large-scale ERP implementations or transformations.
  • Strong knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, HRMS, CRM, and other ERP functions.
  • Experience managing ERP programs across functions and geographies.
  • Vendor management and SaaS/ERP negotiation experience.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field (required).
  • Master's degree (MBA or MIS) preferred.
  • ERP certifications (Zoho, SAP, Oracle, etc.) are a plus.
