Role Summary

The MIS (Management Information Systems) ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Expert will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining ERP systems to support business operations across departments. This role requires technical expertise in ERP software, database management, user training, and process optimization to ensure smooth integration of IT solutions with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system development, customization, and upgrades to meet organizational needs.
  • Manage ERP modules related to sales, finance, inventory, HR, and aftersales operations.
  • Conduct end-user training and create manuals for ERP software usage.
  • Troubleshoot ERP and related software/system issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Perform database management, optimization, and ensure data integrity.
  • Liaise with internal departments to gather system requirements and ensure smooth workflows.
  • Monitor ERP performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with branding, reporting, and data governance standards.
  • Support IT infrastructure alignment with ERP and MIS (Management Information Systems) functions.
  • Map, document, and streamline business processes for efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with vendors and IT teams for ERP enhancements and integrations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS (Management Information Systems), or related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system development, implementation, and management (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of databases (SQL, Oracle DB, MySQL).
  • Experience in user training and ERP documentation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.
