Key Responsibilities- Own the full outbound sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
- Manage a high volume of daily activity (calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach).
- Book and run discovery/demo calls with decision-makers across global markets.
- Accurately forecast sales and maintain up-to-date CRM records.
- Collaborate with SDRs to optimise pipeline efficiency and conversion rates.
- Provide insights to marketing and product teams based on sales feedback.
- 2–4 years of experience in a closing role.
- Proven track record in high-volume outbound sales environments.
- Full-cycle sales experience.
- Experience working with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or
- Comfortable handling objections and managing a fast sales cycle.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly driven, self-managed, and thrives under KPIs and performance metrics.
