We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our growing team at Nexius.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the submission process for various opportunities. You will work with multiple platforms to submit relevant leads on behalf of our team, ensuring that each submission is tailored to maximize success.

Responsibilities:

  • Submit applications for relevant opportunities based on team-approved leads.
  • Ensure all submission materials are professionally filled out, customized, and tailored to maximize success.
  • Track and manage submission progress, ensuring each opportunity is handled in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all submissions and ensure follow-up actions are taken as necessary.
  • Communicate with the team to ensure high-quality submissions and help refine the application process for optimal results.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that submissions meet company standards and maximize the chances of success.
  • Contribute to team improvements by providing feedback based on application success rates and client feedback.

Requirements:

  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft professional submission materials.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and ensure accuracy in submissions.
  • Ability to manage multiple submissions at once, meeting deadlines.
  • 0 - 6 months of experience is required
  • Prior experience in customer service, recruitment, or similar fields is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree is required, can be in any major but preferred in Computer Science (CS) or Information Technology (IT).

This position is hybrid from 5 PM to 2 AM PKT (Monday to Friday).
