About the Role
We are looking for a
CRM Manager / Business Systems Lead
to take full ownership of our CRM ecosystem across
multiple interlinked businesses
operating in
trading, manufacturing, waterproofing solutions, and technical sales
.
This is not a data-entry or admin role. The successful candidate will be responsible for
selecting the right CRM software, customizing it to our business workflows, implementing it across teams, and managing it on an ongoing basis
.

Key Responsibilities
CRM Strategy & Software Selection
- Evaluate, compare, and recommend suitable CRM platforms based on business needs.
- Lead CRM selection with input from sales, marketing, and management teams.
- Ensure the system supports multi-company operations and future scalability.
CRM Implementation & Customization
- Configure and customize CRM modules including leads, customers, opportunities, and projects.
- Design sales pipelines for consultants, contractors, distributors, retail, and online channels.
- Set up workflows for follow-ups, approvals, reminders, and reporting.
- Ensure proper access control and data separation between companies.
CRM Operations & Data Ownership
- Own day-to-day CRM operations across PATSA, Aquafin Pakistan, and Pak Arab Group.
- Maintain clean, structured, and accurate CRM data.
- Develop SOPs for CRM usage and ensure team compliance.
Integration & Process Alignment
- Coordinate CRM integration with accounting, invoicing, e-commerce, and marketing tools where required.
- Align CRM workflows with existing sales and management processes.
Reporting & Dashboards
- Build dashboards and reports for sales performance, pipelines, and management review.
- Provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
Training & Support
- Train internal teams on CRM usage and best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for CRM improvements, issues, and upgrades.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in CRM management, implementation, or business systems roles.
- Hands-on experience with at least one CRM platform (implementation and customization).
- Strong understanding of B2B sales workflows and customer lifecycle management.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
- Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in trading, manufacturing, construction, or technical sales environments.
- Exposure to ERP systems, accounting coordination, or e-commerce integrations.
- Experience managing CRM across multiple business units or companies.
