Role Description

To ensure the effective implementation of the company's Marketing, Penetration, Revenue, and Service strategies and plans. To maximize Partner On Boarding, quick communication, and enhance revenue.

The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying business opportunities, and achieving onboarding, service and revenue targets. The role involves managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through effective relationship management and sales strategies.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Karāchi.

Qualifications

  • Prepare detailed Merchant onboarding plans .
  • Promptly respond to customer queries, coordinate with the partner to respond/ confirm/clarify/close customer queries.
  • Push advertising rental space on the website.
  • Ensure partner payments maintain zero outstanding.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure continuous business and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Present and promote products/services to clients through meetings, presentations, and proposals.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with clients to nurture relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain client trust.
