Supervise and manage daily operations of the Packing Department.

Assign, monitor, and guide packing staff to achieve production targets.

Ensure proper usage and record-keeping of packing materials (wrappers, cartons, labels, etc.).

Maintain product quality and compliance with company standards.

Enforce hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety protocols.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly packing and material consumption reports.

Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor's degree.

2–3 years of relevant experience in snacks/food industry or FMCG.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good communication and reporting abilities.

Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
