Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Karachi. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and planning. Responsibilities include managing production processes, scheduling shifts, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining quality standards. The role requires effective communication with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and Communication skills
  • Experience in Production Planning and managing Production Schedules
  • Production Management skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Karachi
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Previous experience in FMCG or related industry is beneficial
