Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee lesson plans aligned with the ECE framework and learning outcomes.

Design and improve curricular and co-curricular activities for early learners.

Create assessment worksheets, observation tools, and child progress documentation.

Support teachers in lesson execution, classroom environment setup, and student engagement.

Conduct teacher training and classroom observations to maintain quality standards.

Coordinate with the academic team for planning events, projects, and assessments.

Ensure effective time management and administrative support for ECE operations.

Job Expectations:

Updated knowledge of modern ECE practices and child-centered pedagogy.

Awareness of ECE curriculum frameworks.

Proficient IT and computer skills for documentation and reporting.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:Education: Graduation or Master's in any field (ECE certification preferred). Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of ECE teaching experience (coordination experience is a plus).Jolly Phonics Addional required Age Limit: 20–30 years.

Pay: Rs35, Rs45,000.00 per month
