Location: Remote – Pakistan

Salary: Starting from PKR 70,000/month (Probation: 1 month)

Working Days: Saturday & Sunday required; Tuesday off

Timings: Flexible – aligned with U.S. working hours

About Us

My Learning Lab is a fast-growing U.S.-based educational institute dedicated to providing high-quality tutoring services across multiple locations. We're passionate about helping students reach their full potential — and we're expanding our remote operations team to support our growth.

We're now looking for a Remote Operations Manager based in Pakistan to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our U.S. tutoring branches.

About the Role

As the Remote Operations Manager, you'll serve as the central link between our U.S. team, tutors, and administrative departments. You'll manage the operational processes, ensure smooth communication across teams, and handle essential functions such as scheduling, hiring, finances, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for all My Learning Lab branches across the U.S.
  • Coordinate with local site managers, letting partners, and administrative teams.
  • Manage bookings, scheduling, and resource allocation for classes.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new tutors and centre staff.
  • Handle financial and accounting tasks including invoicing, payments, and payroll.
  • Maintain accurate operational and financial records.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and U.S. leadership team to improve efficiency and quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in operations, administration, or management.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and financial coordination.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills (English proficiency required).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in U.S. time zones and managing weekend operations.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Excel.
