The Role

We're searching for a
Senior PPC Manager
to own Paid Search strategy and performance

across Google and Microsoft Ads. As part of Distilled Marketing Centre of Excellence, you'll be

the go-to expert for all things PPC - ensuring our campaigns efficiently reach high-intent

audiences while driving scalable growth across every condition.

You'll blend hands-on execution with strategic oversight, working closely with channel peers,

Creative, and Data to develop full-funnel, insight-led campaigns that maximise ROI.

We're looking for someone who challenges the status quo - a disruptor who isn't satisfied with

"the usual way". You'll find creative ways to grow in a regulated environment, push media

partners to innovate, and uncover unconventional opportunities that deliver breakthrough

performance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning end-to-end PPC strategy across Google and Microsoft Ads.
  • Leading campaign build, optimisation, and budget management.
  • Implementing and refining value-based bidding strategies linked to Amplitude or
  • first-party data.
  • Partnering with Product and Creative teams to ensure best-in-class ad copy, landing
  • pages, and user journeys.
  • Running structured tests to improve conversion rate, quality score, and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with Paid Social and SEO to share learnings and drive integrated growth.

Required skills and experience

  • 6+ years
    experience managing PPC at scale across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Expertise in Smart Bidding, RSAs, keyword strategy, and conversion tracking.
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort with data platforms (Looker, GA4, Amplitude).
  • Experience managing budgets and reporting performance to stakeholders.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with attribution models, MMM and incrementality testing.

It's a bonus if you have

  • Experience linking first-party conversion data to ad platforms (CAPI etc.).
  • Familiarity with healthcare, regulated markets, or subscription models.
  • Experience mentoring or managing other performance marketers.
