Role Description

We're seeking a
LinkedIn Profile Optimizer & Lead Generation Specialist
to enhance O'Cyber's professional presence on LinkedIn and generate qualified B2B & B2C leads within the
software and streaming technology domain
. The ideal candidate will understand how to build a credible brand on LinkedIn, connect with potential clients, and drive meaningful conversations that lead to partnerships and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Profile Optimization:
    Enhance company and team profiles for credibility, visibility, and engagement.
  • Lead Research & Prospecting:
    Identify and connect with businesses or decision-makers seeking
    web, mobile, or streaming development
    solutions.
  • Outreach Campaigns:
    Craft and execute personalized LinkedIn outreach strategies — from connection requests to follow-ups and deal nurturing.
  • Content Collaboration:
    Coordinate with the design and dev teams to publish updates that reflect our expertise in
    real-time streaming

  • Pipeline Management:
    Maintain lead lists, track communication stages, and report progress.
