Octaloop IT & NS is a dynamic and innovative technology company based in Islamabad and Lahore, Pakistan.

We are seeking fresh graduates and experienced LinkedIn Lead Generation experts. This role will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities, primarily through the LinkedIn platform.

The ideal candidate will have high level knowledge or a proven track record of successful bidding and client acquisition on Linkedin, coupled with a solid technical understanding of software development principles.

Your ability to effectively communicate our technical capabilities and build strong client relationships will be crucial to your success.

About the Role

1. B2B Lead generation

  • Develop and execute data-driven LinkedIn lead generation strategies (drip messaging campaigns, massive lead generation campaigns to attract and engage potential clients.
  • Identify and connect with decision-makers, C-level executives, and business owners in target industries.
  • Create and manage personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns (connection requests, follow-ups, and engagement).
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools to track and analyse leads.

2. Content marketing

  • Optimize LinkedIn profiles and company pages to enhance visibility and credibility.
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies (LinkedIn posts, articles, and engagement techniques).
  • Stay updated with LinkedIn algorithm changes, best practices, and emerging trends to enhance outreach efforts.

3. Staff Augmentation

  • Marketing of the CVS of our chosen resources to land remote jobs for them
  • Schedule interviews for staff augmentation

Ideal Candidate Should have

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation, B2B outreach, and sales pipeline development.
  • Expertise in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Dux-Soup, Expandi, Phantombuster, and other automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, prospecting, and LinkedIn networking strategies. Ability to craft personalized outreach messages that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce for lead tracking. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for better results.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Note :
