· Installs and services/repairs medical equipment and medical information system.

· Consults with customer or supervisor to plan layout of equipment during each new installation.

· Studies manuals, and other specifications to determine installation procedures.

· Able to interpret schematics and wiring diagrams to repair equipment. Hands-on technical skills and using standard test instruments and hand tools.

· Provide basic user training for equipment installed to users.

· Responding to service calls from your customers, and resolving issues with equipment.

· Serves existing customers as per their needs, having a proper forecast of orders and also making them aware of any addition of a new product line.

· Establish new potential clients by planning and organizing daily customer visits.

· Submit orders as per the forecast.

· Pre-working follow-ups on government / private tenders.

· Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports that are daily meeting/visits reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

· Meeting your monthly quarterly target set by your HOD

· Any other tasks assigned by HOD

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
