Position Summary

HUBKOM (Pvt) Ltd is seeking Call Centre Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy. Your responsibilities will include responding to patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, providing clear information, assisting with service-related needs, and ensuring that all interactions are documented thoroughly.

This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to patient care. While prior experience is not required, successful candidates will demonstrate empathy, adaptability, and a willingness to learn. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are fully prepared to support patients with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Accurately schedule patient appointments and coordinate related follow-up communications.
  • Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to address patient inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all patient interactions.
  • Proactively follow up with patients to ensure inquiries are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Safeguard patient confidentiality by adhering to all data protection and compliance requirements.
  • Engage in regular training and development initiatives to stay current with company services, systems, and best practices.

Candidate Requirements

  • High proficiency in spoken and written English (essential).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
  • Strong computer literacy and accurate typing skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
  • No prior experience required; full training will be provided to ensure success in the role.
