Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Support Coordinator located in Karāchi. The Patient Support Coordinator will handle day-to-day tasks related to patient case management, providing exceptional customer service, and offering technical support to clinics and hospitals affiliated with Carehub. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, communicating with patients and healthcare providers, and resolving patient inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and English Communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree (MBBS/ BDS/ DPT/ Pharm D) or in related fields
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
