Role Overview
We're looking for energetic, driven, and ambitious Field Sales Interns in Lahore who are eager to launch a career in sales. This internship offers real-world experience in B2B field sales, with a focus on POS systems, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in a tech-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Visit local businesses to promote and demonstrate our POS software solutions
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and local networking
- Understand client pain points and offer tailored product solutions
- Assist in onboarding and training new clients on the POS system
- Support senior sales executives during field activities and client meetings
- Collect and report customer feedback and market insights
- Meet assigned sales and activity targets under the guidance of a sales lead
- Maintain and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients
What We're Looking For:
- Fresh graduates (Sales, Marketing, IT, or related fields preferred)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable with on-ground client interaction
- Quick learner with a proactive and professional attitude
- Based in Lahore with the ability to travel locally for client visits.

Job Type: Full Time
Shift: 10:00 am onwards (Flexible working hours)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: 30,000 PKR to 50,000 PKR (30 liter fuel allowance, 2k mobile allowance, plus 75% to 100% commission on every sale)
