We are seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing customer support through a ticketing system, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to resolve customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional customer support through our ticketing system.
  • Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and other communication channels.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering efficient and friendly support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support.
  • Strong knowledge of handling ticketing systems.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
  • Availability to work Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM (Dubai Time).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs60,000.00 per month
