is hiring an AI/ML Engineer to join our growing AI team. In this role, you'll work on designing, implementing, and deploying advanced AI systems powered by LLMs, RAG, and intelligent agent architectures. Your contributions will help deliver real-time insights to our customers while advancing the frontier of AI deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, and agent-based frameworks to ensure high accuracy and real-time performance.
  • Develop APIs and streaming services that integrate cutting-edge models into production environments.
  • Build and maintain robust data pipelines, ensuring seamless hardware/software compatibility.
  • Apply best practices for production deployments, including containerization, orchestration, and inference optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new models and measure their impact on overall system performance.
  • Maintain scalability, reliability, and smooth release cycles for AI services.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in ML/AI engineering with a track record of deploying production-grade systems.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph).
  • Solid grounding in core AI/ML techniques such as deep learning, NLP, and supervised/unsupervised methods.
  • Proficiency in Python and popular ML/AI libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
  • Practical experience with real-time/streaming implementations, API engineering, and hardware/software performance tuning.
  • Background in containerization, orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes), and inference optimization.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and their AI/ML services.
  • Knowledge of vector databases for retrieval tasks.
  • Experience with observability tools (logging, tracing, metrics) for deployed AI systems.

Work Environment

  • On-site collaboration with cross-functional teams in Johar Town, Lahore.
  • Active participation in refining requirements, integrating models, and monitoring production systems.
