As a Senior Python Engineer, you'll be a hands-on contributor in our tight-knit AI and Django team, building cutting-edge systems that integrate advanced AI with robust backend services.What You'll DoWrite high-quality, testable code using Python and Django REST Framework to build scalable backend services.Develop and optimize RESTful APIs for seamless integration with our React frontend and mobile apps.Create and integrate AI/ML pipelines, including LLMs, RAG, and other ML models.Collaborate with the team to implement efficient system designs.Deploy and maintain services on AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, API Gateway, RDS, EKS etc).Follow test-driven development (TDD) practices to ensure robust, maintainable code.Contribute to a 100% hands-on role, writing code daily alongside a collaborative team.What We're Looking ForMust-Have :5–8 years of hands-on Python development with deep expertise in Django REST Framework.Proven experience designing and optimizing RESTful APIs for web and mobile integrations.Strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and MLOps practices.Experience designing, creating and maintaining ETL or ELT pipelines.Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS services (e.g., Lambda, ECS, S3, EKS, EC2, SQS, Incognito etc.).Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and writing high-quality, testable code.>Nice-to-Have :Familiarity with GraphQL APIs etc.Exposure to speech-to-text or NLP systems.Prior healthcare experience (e.g., HIPAA, FHIR, HL7)Note: we'll provide domain-specific training.Why Join Us?Work on cutting-edge AI and Django systems, solving complex challenges in healthcare.Collaborate closely with a talented AI/Django team, including a senior engineer, in a supportive, hands-on environment.Make a real impact by building systems that reduce provider burnout and enhance patient care.Apply NowWe're seeking passionate, hands-on engineers with strong Python, Django, and AI experience.
