Green Crescent Trust (GCT) is a non-profit organization established in 1994 in Sindh, Pakistan, with a mission to improve lives through education. Starting with one school in Karachi, GCT has grown to operate over 173 schools in underserved communities across Sindh. The organization is overseen by a Board of Trustees and run by professionals who are committed to transforming perceptions about education. In addition to its network of schools, GCT offers programs such as the Orphan Support Program (OSP), Center for Educational Research and Development (CERD), and The Water Project to further support community development and education initiatives.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi for an Assistant Account Manager. The Assistant Account Manager will support account management activities, including maintaining client relationships, addressing inquiries, assisting with budgeting and financial reporting, and ensuring project milestones are met. Responsibilities also include coordinating internally with teams, preparing reports, and representing the organization in client and partner interactions. This role plays a key function in ensuring smooth operations and fostering partnerships that align with GCT's mission.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Budget Management, and Financial Reporting
  • Strong Communication, Client Relationship Management, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Experience with Project Coordination, Team Collaboration, and Organizational Skills
  • Familiarity with nonprofit management and a passion for educational development is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work in an on-site environment and adapt to a dynamic, team-oriented workplace
