Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Quetta. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and sustaining long-term relationships. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing and optimizing account performance, overseeing projects, resolving client concerns, and coordinating with internal teams. Additionally, this role involves preparing reports, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting the sales team to achieve business objectives.

  • Experience in account management, project coordination, and customer service
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance optimization
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle client concerns effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in the hospitality or recreational industry is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other related software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
