Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
  • Achieve sales targets while boosting brand visibility and market reach.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity and industry developments.
  • Ensure product availability and display consistency within the assigned territory.
  • Collect and analyze sales data to drive better performance.
  • Execute marketing and promotional initiatives to support sales growth.
  • Work closely with the sales team and management to align on strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales (territory sales exposure preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Must have own vehicle for field travel.
