
TSM (Territory Sales Manager) FMCG

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team within the assigned territory to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Plan and execute strategies to expand market coverage and increase brand visibility.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide insights to management.
- Ensure effective product placement, availability, and visibility across the territory.
- Review sales reports, analyze performance, and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Guide and support Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) to enhance their productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams to implement promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in FMCG sales, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Result-driven with the ability to lead teams and deliver under pressure.
- Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel extensively within the territory.
