- Conduct frequent market visits to track competitor activities and industry trends.
- Ensure consistent product availability and visibility across the assigned region.
- Gather and evaluate sales data to improve performance and decision-making.
- Implement promotional and marketing activities to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to align on business strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales (territory management experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven.
- Must have a personal vehicle for field operations.
