Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Islamabad for a Law Firm Specialist at Roots International Schools and Colleges. The Law Firm Specialist will be responsible for handling various legal tasks including preparing legal documents, managing intellectual property issues, and overseeing corporate law matters. The specialist will ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, provide legal guidance to the organization, and support in contractual and legal documentation processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Law and Legal Document Preparation
  • Experience with Law Firms and Intellectual Property
  • Expertise in Corporate Law
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in the field of law are highly advantageous
