𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐥𝐨𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
o Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it is visible, transparent, and clear to all stakeholders.
o Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and other product backlog items. o Ensure the backlog is aligned with product strategy and business goals.
• 𝐒𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
o Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
o Collaborate with the development team to clarify requirements, provide guidance, and answer questions.
o Ensure that the development team understands the product vision and goals.
• 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
o Work closely with stakeholders, including product managers, engineering, design and marketing, to gather requirements and feedback.
o Communicate product progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
o Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲:
o Contribute to the development of the product vision and strategy.
o Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
o Ensure the product delivers value to both customers and the business.
• 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐆𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬:
o Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user needs, and functional specifications.
o Translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐄𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
o Monitor and evaluate product performance, user feedback, and market trends.
o Identify areas for product improvement and innovation.
o Work with the team to continuously improve the product development process.
• 𝐀𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬:
o Champion Agile principles and practices within the team and organization.
o Facilitate collaboration, communication, and self-organization within the development team.
o Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Proven work experience as a Product Owner, Associate Product Manager, or Technical Product Manager.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and manage conflicting priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing projects OR Products in the Telecommunications Industry is a PLUS.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Asana, Trello, Confluence, Teams, and related product management tools.
