Altak Group is creating a next-generation AI department focused on building multiple AI-driven products each month. We are looking for a
Technical Product Manager
with strong technical expertise to bridge business requirements and development execution. This role will serve as the critical connector between clients, product stakeholders, and the engineering team.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and translate client needs into
    clear technical documentation
    (BRDs, PRDs, user stories).
  • Partner with engineering and data science teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Drive execution of multiple AI/ML initiatives in parallel—ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and technical constraints while providing proactive solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Stay up to date with emerging AI/ML trends to guide product roadmaps.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical PM, Product Owner, or similar role.
  • Strong ability to write
    BRDs, PRDs, and technical requirements
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and modern data/engineering workflows
    .
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles in a software/AI environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Technical background (CS, Engineering, or related field preferred).
  • Bonus: Experience in rapidly scaling or greenfield AI departments.
