Assistant Manager – Contact Center Operations

Location: Islamabad, Pakistan

Timings: 11:00 AM – 08:00 PM

About the Role

Abacus is looking for an Assistant Manager – Contact Center Operations to manage local fintech and telecom projects. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day contact center operations, lead high-performing teams, and ensure exceptional service delivery to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and monitor BPO operations across inbound, outbound, and customer service.
  • Ensure KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
  • Conduct team huddles, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Handle escalations with professionalism and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with QA/Training teams to bridge skill gaps.
  • Drive process improvements for efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in BPO operations (1–2 years in a leadership role).
  • Strong grasp of KPIs, SLAs, and contact center workflows.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and performance dashboards.
