Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Medical Billing, located in Islamabad. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily medical billing operations, provide guidance and training to team members, ensure accuracy in billing processes, and liaise with clients to address any concerns. Responsibilities also include monitoring compliance with medical billing regulations, analyzing revenue cycle performance, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and collection outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and expertise in Medicine and Medical Affairs
  • Ability to conduct and interpret Research effectively
  • Proficiency in revenue cycle management processes and medical billing regulations
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred; certifications in medical billing or coding are a plus
  • Prior 1+ year experience in a medical billing supervisory role is advantageous
