We are seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Secretary to assist senior management in the Medical Billing department. The ideal candidate will handle administrative support, scheduling, coordination, and communication tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior management.
- Coordinate with Medical Billing teams and departments for follow-ups and task updates.
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Prepare and maintain confidential documents, reports, and records.
- Assist in drafting letters, emails, meeting minutes, and presentations.
- Maintain task reminders, deadlines, and follow-up lists.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and business meetings.
- Support management with administrative tasks related to clients, projects, and billing activities.
- Ensure confidentiality of all company and client data.
- Track and communicate important updates to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Admin Officer (Medical Billing experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude and ability to handle confidential information.
- Time management and follow-up skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of medical billing processes or US healthcare systems.
- Experience coordinating with billing teams or clients.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
