We are seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Secretary to support daily business communication and correspondence. The ideal candidate will manage emails, draft and reply to international clients with professionalism, and ensure smooth administrative operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize email inbox, ensuring timely responses to clients and business partners.
  • Draft, review, and send professional correspondence in English for international clients.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments.
  • Maintain proper records of communication and follow up as necessary.
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and general administrative support.
  • Serve as a point of contact between the executive and clients.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, English, or related field preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Professional appearance and behavior.

Job Type: Full-time
