Growth & Sales Consultant
to join our dynamic sales team. The role involves generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales to achieve monthly targets. You will be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive exceptional guidance and support throughout their property investment journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to promote property listings.
- Negotiate and finalize deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide professional consultation to clients regarding investment opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of sales or business development experience (real estate experience preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
