Assistant Sales Manager (Pakistan) – Join Our Client Team

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly self-driven and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to independently lead our sales efforts in Lahore. This is a key sales leadership role, where you will be responsible for driving revenue, building lasting client relationships, and achieving a monthly sales target of 4 million PKR.

This full-time, on-site position requires a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is confident in turning opportunities into measurable outcomes. Success in this role will involve regular market visits, direct engagement with potential clients, and consistently closing deals to ensure sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently meet or exceed a monthly sales target of 4 million PKR.
  • Conduct proactive field visits and market outreach to generate leads and close sales.
  • Target individuals, schools, and corporate clients, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.
  • Foster and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay ahead of competitors by conducting market research and adapting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present clear sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by coordinating program delivery with internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales and business development experience, ideally in education, training, or services sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to conduct regular market visits and engage directly with clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Highly self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed.

Shift Requirements:

Morning Shift: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Evening Shift: 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm
