Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can act as a bridge between our company and contractors. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling business relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth communication between the company leadership and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a connector between company leadership and contractors, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and company goals.
  • Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new contractors.
  • Maintain and build long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development efforts.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and project execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or Sales Representative.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to deal with contractors and senior management.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including USA time zones for meetings and coordination.
  • Experience in contract management and business relationship handling.
  • Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and other business communication platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in handling international clients and contractors.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
