Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Pharma Division

Location: Karachi

Reports to: Director of Sales

The Company:

Essa Corp is a UK-based healthcare company with a decade of excellence in surgical disposable products. As part of our strategic expansion, we are proud to launch our Pharma Division and are seeking dynamic field professionals to join our team across key cities in Pakistan.

Role Summary:

Lead, coach and develop a team of Specialty Sales Representatives in Karachi. Drive sales performance, execute business plans, and build relationships with healthcare professionals and KOLs.

Key Responsibilities:

– Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.

– Develop and implement regional sales strategies to exceed targets.

– Build strong relationships with KOLs and key accounts.

– Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, and Market Access teams.

– Manage regional budget and sales forecasting.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor's degree in Business or Life Sciences.

– 5+ years as a Regional Sales Manager in pharma.

– Proven track record of leading teams and achieving sales targets.

– Experience in Gynaecology/Obstetrics/Infertility is highly preferred.

– Strong knowledge of medical and compliance regulations.

– Willing to travel extensively (up to 60-70%) within the region
