About the CompanyThe Regional Sales Consultant – South will lead and grow the sales performance of the southern region by ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets, patient conversion ratios, and branch-wise performance improvement. This role combines hands-on patient consultation with strategic leadership, coaching, and business development to maximize procedure volumes and profitability.Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned region (Karachi etc.).
  • Ensure consistent increase in procedure volume, average ticket size, and conversion rate.
  • Conduct patient consultations and close high-value cases.
  • Track and analyze sales funnel metrics (inquiries → consultations → procedures).
  • Implement strategies for upselling and repeat procedures (e.g., PRP, exosome, maintenance packages).

2. Branch Performance Management

  • Oversee and support consultants in each branch (total 3-4 consultants).
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews and set individual and team targets.
  • Ensure alignment in pricing, communication, and patient experience across branches.
  • Coordinate with OT and operations teams to ensure smooth patient flow and satisfaction.

3. Business Development & Regional Strategy

  • Identify and execute local marketing or referral programs to boost inquiries and brand reach.
  • Liaise with digital marketing for localized campaigns.
  • Represent the clinic in promotional events or partnerships (e.g., salons, gyms, dermatology clinics).

4. Leadership & Training

  • Mentor and coach Sales Consultants on consultation skills, objection handling, and closing techniques.
  • Conduct monthly skill development sessions and joint consultations for complex cases.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performance culture focused on ethics, empathy, and excellence.

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to management.
  • Track key metrics: inquiries handled, consultations done, conversion %, and revenue achieved per branch.

Maintain updated CRM and ensure data accuracy in google sheets

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related).
  • 5–8 years of experience in clinical sales, aesthetics, or premium services.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation ability.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Competitive base salary + Regional performance bonus.
  • Incentives linked to total regional revenue and team target achievement.
  • Fixed Salary: Rs. 100,000~ Rs. 150,000 + Ability to make incentive between Rs. 100,000 to 250,000
