Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, based in Karāchi. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing client accounts, driving sales growth, creating and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, providing feedback to the management team, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in regional sales management and account management
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Effective leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the logistics industry is a significant plus
