Empowers Zone is hiring a TikTok Shop Manager to handle and grow our TikTok Shop operations. The role involves managing product listings, campaigns, influencers, and boosting sales through TikTok's unique eCommerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage TikTok Shop product listings and store setup.
  • Handle brand approval and compliance requirements.
  • Run TikTok ads and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with influencers and creators for marketing.
  • Optimize product visibility and conversions.
  • Monitor analytics, sales reports, and ROI performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience with TikTok Shop management.
  • Understanding of social commerce and TikTok algorithm.
  • Knowledge of influencer collaborations and ad campaigns.
  • Strong marketing, creativity, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to meet targets and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Account Manager: 1 year (Preferred)
