We're looking for a
proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant
to join our team If you're passionate about supporting people, managing processes, and keeping operations running smoothly, this role is for you.

What You'll do

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and procurement.
  • Support recruitment: from job postings and resume screening to interview scheduling.
  • Assist with onboarding and ensure a great new hire experience.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and documentation support.
  • Assist in administrative documentation and HR reports.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR and admin policies.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR & Administration.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and MS Office skills.
  • Knowledge of HR systems or experience in the IT industry (Plus).
