We're looking for a highly creative and trend-savvy TikTok Content Creator to join our team. If you love storytelling, thrive on creating viral content, and know TikTok inside and out, this role is for you. You'll be responsible for producing engaging short-form videos that capture attention, boost audience engagement, and strengthen our brand presence on TikTok.

What You'll Do:

Content Creation:

  • Develop original video concepts that align with TikTok trends and our brand identity.
  • Film, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging videos using mobile devices and editing tools.
  • Experiment with storytelling techniques, trending audio, and viral challenges to maximize reach.

Trend & Performance Analysis:

  • Stay ahead of TikTok trends, challenges, and new platform features.
  • Monitor video performance metrics (views, likes, shares, watch time) and optimize content strategies accordingly.

Collaboration & Brand Consistency:

  • Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to align content with brand campaigns.
  • Maintain a cohesive brand voice and aesthetic across all TikTok content.

Community Engagement:

  • Engage with the TikTok community by responding to comments and fostering brand loyalty.
  • Incorporate audience feedback to improve content quality and relevance.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience creating engaging TikTok content (or similar short-form video platforms).
  • Strong video editing skills using tools like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok's algorithm, trends, hashtags, and engagement tactics.
  • Excellent storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in social media marketing or digital content production.
  • Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with Canva.
  • A portfolio showcasing successful TikTok campaigns or viral content.
