  • Develop, implement, and manage social media marketing strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging and brand-consistent content (posts, reels, videos, stories, graphics).
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms and optimize performance (ROI, reach, engagement, conversions).
  • Monitor, track, and report on analytics, performance, and trends using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and others.
  • Engage with the online community — respond to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the design, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in social media marketing.
  • Assist in influencer collaborations and online reputation management.
  • Develop and maintain a monthly social media calendar aligned with marketing campaigns.
