Are you a confident, outgoing, and results-driven individual? Al-Amin Salt Works Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a BTL Sales Executive (Female) to represent our brand on the front lines and drive impactful customer engagements through creative on-ground campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing activities including events, activations, and promotions.
  • Engage directly with customers, demonstrate products, and effectively communicate brand values.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to overall brand growth.
  • Collect customer feedback and market insights to help refine marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates preferred (for target audience alignment).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in BTL promotions, event management, or direct sales is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working in field/retail environments.
