Role Overview:

We're seeking a Project Coordinator with a foundational understanding of marketplaces,

BNPL, and digital banking workflows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and

capable of coordinating between business, technical, and external stakeholders to ensure

timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track project activities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple

teams.

  • Assist the Product and Project Managers in planning and executing projects related

to marketplaces, BNPL, and banking integrations.

  • Maintain and update project documentation — including status reports, timelines,

and requirement sheets.

  • Facilitate communication between internal teams (Tech, Product, Operations, and

Finance) and external partners (banks, fintechs, vendors).

  • Schedule and manage meetings, follow-ups, and progress reviews with clear action

items.

  • Support integration projects involving APIs, payment systems, and third-party

services.

  • Identify potential risks or blockers and proactively escalate to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in project coordination, fintech, or eCommerce
  • roles.
  • Basic understanding of BNPL systems, banking processes, and digital marketplaces.
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, Excel, and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to Shopify, Magento, or marketplace platforms.
  • Experience working with APIs or tech integration projects.
  • Knowledge of financial settlements, payment gateways, or ERP systems.
