Job Title: Technical Project Coordinator

We're seeking a detail-oriented Technical Project Coordinator with
1 to 2 years of experience

About the Role:

You'll play a crucial role in bridging communication between
design, engineering, QA, and management
, ensuring clarity across all stages of the software delivery lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with product ideas, structure them into actionable tasks, coordinate development workflows, and support teams in delivering high-quality SaaS experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the overall context of the application —
    frontend, backend, APIs, cloud environments
    , and how different components connect.
  • Manage tasks in
    JIRA
    , including organizing boards, assigning tasks, ensuring clarity, and tracking progress.
  • Review
    Figma
    designs to confirm requirements are complete and ready for development.
  • Break down high-level ideas into
    structured tasks/user stories
    .
  • Follow and support the complete software delivery flow:
    MVP → Build → Test → Deploy
    .
  • Coordinate around technical elements like
    environment variables, API keys, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and deployment pipelines
    (not executing them, but communicating effectively).
  • Understand
    Git/GitHub basics
    such as branches, merges, PRs, and tracking development progress.
  • Facilitate communication between design, development, QA, and leadership teams.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Support planning
    feature releases and tracking timelines
    .

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience
    in a software or SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with:
  • JIRA
    and task management workflows
  • Figma
    and design review
  • Frontend/backend basics
  • API concepts
    and understanding environments
  • GitHub flow
    (basic awareness)
  • SaaS lifecycle
    , MVPs, POCs
  • Strong communication, planning, and cross-team coordination abilities.
  • Ability to understand technical conversations and translate them into actionable tasks.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Interest in
