Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for an Export Agent. The Export Agent will be responsible for handling day-to-day export operations, including liaising with customers, coordinating international shipments, and ensuring compliance with export regulations. The role also involves working closely with freight forwarders, managing documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Ocean Freight and Export procedures
  • Experience in Forwarding and logistics
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in the export industry is a plus
