About the Role

We are seeking energetic and target-driven Business Development professionals to join our team in the US Healthcare & Medical Billing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building long-term client relationships with US-based healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the 
    US Healthcare & RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)
     sector.
  • Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Conduct client outreach and present our services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Billing etc.) to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Keep track of industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare Management).
  • 1–3 years of experience in 
    Business Development / Sales
     (US Healthcare or Medical Billing experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (fluent English is a must).
  • Ability to work in US shift timings.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and a team player.
