Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to document and ensure user stories and features are prepared, refined, and ready for development.
  • Provide regular demonstrations to stakeholders as part of engagement sessions.
  • Participate in design workshops to ensure stakeholder solution requirements are met.
  • Document high-quality requirements along with mockups using Figma or any other tool.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across various business channels, markets, and regions on a wide range of projects and systems.
  • Work closely with the development team to proactively suggest improvements in processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Produce quality system integration and data mapping documents using Lucid Chart or any other tool.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in the IT industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident in client engagement and capable of taking a lead role in discussions and meetings.
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • A passion for continuous learning, with the ability to quickly adapt and upskill.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, while also being self-driven and capable of working independently.
